1. Introduction
Welcome to VVIP Honor Private Security Services Limited Company (“VVIP”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing or using our website, services, or any related digital platforms (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.
2. Scope of Services
VVIP provides professional private security, personal protection, tactical consulting, risk assessment, and related training services.
All engagements are subject to written agreements specifying the service scope, duration, fees, confidentiality obligations, and applicable jurisdictions.
3. Eligibility
Our Services are intended for individuals and organizations seeking lawful private security or consulting assistance.
You must be at least 20 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Services.
4. Confidentiality & Privacy
All information shared between VVIP and clients is treated as strictly confidential.
We adhere to professional non-disclosure standards and international data protection laws.
Personal data collected during inquiries or contracts will only be used to deliver Services and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

5. Service Agreements
Each protection or consulting engagement requires a formal Service Agreement or Contract.
The Agreement will outline operational terms, personnel allocation, risk boundaries, indemnity clauses, and termination conditions.
Any verbal discussions or marketing materials do not constitute binding terms until signed in writing by both parties.
6. Fees & Payment
Service fees will be specified in the signed Agreement.
Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.
Late payments may result in service suspension or additional administrative charges.
All prices are listed in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD) unless otherwise stated.
7. Risk & Liability
While VVIP employs highly trained personnel and follows rigorous safety protocols, clients acknowledge that all security operations carry inherent risks.
VVIP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, civil unrest, or third-party negligence.
8. Client Obligations
Clients shall:
Provide accurate information regarding event details, travel routes, and identified risks.
Refrain from engaging in unlawful, hazardous, or deceptive activities during service engagements.
Comply with all operational and safety instructions issued by VVIP personnel.
9. Intellectual Property
All logos, trademarks, photographs, and written materials on the VVIP website are owned or licensed by VVIP.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially use any of our content without prior written authorization.
10. Termination
VVIP reserves the right to terminate or refuse service at any time in cases of non-payment, breach of contract, or any activity that may endanger personnel safety or violate applicable laws.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
Any disputes arising from the use of our Services shall be submitted to the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
